I intended to surprise my wife with flowers, since she loves orchids, while I was away on a business trip. I entrusted this floral shop based on its excellent reviews. However, I was extremely disappointed. It was evident they could have included more baby's breath or additional embellishments. I paid nearly $80 for this arrangement. Unfortunately, I felt compelled to share my experience here. When I called the shop the following Monday after Mother's Day, I expected at least a review of my concerns, a partial refund, or some form of compensation for a future order. Instead, the owner appeared more focused on her personal feelings rather than addressing the issue. I advised her to do whatever was possible to improve the arrangement, but if this was the best she could offer, I cannot imagine what an average floral arrangement would look like. Consequently, I will not be returning to this shop, nor will I recommend it to others.

I ordered a bouquet for Administrative Professionals Day! Asked for a nice spring bouquet. I gave her a maximum of $50 and she charged me $13.67 for delivery, total $63.67. While she was polite and accommodating, I do not feel a very small bouquet in a Mason jar (not even a bow or painted) should cost that much. Anyone else feel this way about this bouquet?

This flower shop is wonderful to work with! The bouquets are absolutely beautiful, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every arrangement. The staff is friendly, helpful, and so easy to work with. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for stunning flowers and great customer service!

I ordered flowers for my mom today and had a great experience. Navigation on the website was easy! I was able to order using my phone without any trouble (I had a busy day and needed to get the order done between appointments). The flowers were delivered within 2 hours of my order and they are beautiful. They made my mom’s day! I’ll definitely order from here again. 💐

My favorite part of my wedding was my flowers! I loved them so much!! They did such a great job and I highly recommend going here for your wedding bouquet! Very affordable! She takes special requests as well. I told her to add broaches, some glitter leaves and my grandpas charm and she put them in perfectly! Get real flowers, you won't regret it!
